Directions for Use

Apply a generous amount of shower gel onto a wet loofah or African net sponge, lathering into a rich foam. If using a regular bath cloth, it can still be used to cleanse, though it will not produce as much lather. Massage thoroughly over your arms, legs, and body, then rinse completely with warm water. Use daily during your shower or bath for clean, refreshed skin. Not intended for use on the face, neck, or sensitive areas.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use by applying a small amount to a discrete area of skin and waiting 24 hours. All orders ship in 4–6 business days (though many ship in just 1–3 business days ☺️). Thank you so much for your patience as we prepare your package with care; while we don't have Amazon's speed yet as a small business, we are intentionally working toward that goal!

Unless impacted by major holidays or special circumstances, these are our standard processing times. Any planned delays or blackout dates will always be clearly posted on our website in advance.

Shipping & Tracking
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear once scanned by the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We want to ensure your package arrives safely, and we are unable to change or redirect shipping addresses once an order has been placed.

Once a tracking number has been issued, the delivery process is handled entirely by your selected shipping carrier. If you experience any shipping issues, delays, or lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier, as The Moisture Ministry™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or carrier-delayed packages. Weather Conditions & Package Care
Due to extreme temperatures during warmer months, heat-sensitive formulations can soften or melt if left outdoors. We strongly recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery to protect your items from heat exposure. If a product arrives warm or soft, simply allow it to settle in a cool room at room temperature before use.

Fragrance "Mail Shock" Notice
Temperature fluctuations and movement during transit can temporarily disturb fragrance oils, causing scent notes to seem faint, muted, or slightly altered right out of the box. If your fragrance doesn't smell as expected right away, don't worry! Simply allow the bottle to rest in a cool, dark room at room temperature for 24–48 hours without disturbing it. This gives the formulation time to settle so the full scent profile can return to its original depth and beauty.

Damaged or Missing Items
We pack every order with love, but if your package arrives damaged or you are missing an item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at TheMoistureMinistry@gmail.com. Please include photo and video evidence of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged contents so we can review your claim and help resolve the situation quickly.
